随着人均寿命的延长,肿瘤疾病发病率逐年增高,严重威胁人类生命。分子靶向治疗针对肿瘤疾病所具有的特异性致癌位点予以结合,通过调节遗传物质的表达达到阻断肿瘤生长与转移的目的。近年来,随着分子生物学技术的不断发展,肿瘤特异性致癌基因或分泌蛋白不断被发现。R脊椎蛋白3(RSPO3)基因属于R脊椎蛋白家族,研究结果显示该基因在机体发育、细胞增殖以及肿瘤领域中发挥着巨大作用。目前,针对RSPO3所涉及的相关肿瘤分子机制研究仍缺乏关键性突破,在今后的研究中应将基础科学实验与临床紧密联合,以期阐明RSPO3在肿瘤疾病中的作用机制。

With the increase of life expectancy,the incidence of tumor diseases is increasing year by year,which threatens human life seriously.Molecular targeted therapy targets the specific cancer-causing sites of tumor diseases and blocks tumor growth and metastasis by regulating the expression of genetic material.In recent years,with the development of molecular biology technology,tumor-specific oncogenes or secreted proteins have been found.The R-SPONDIN 3(RSPO3)gene belongs to the R crest vertebra protein family and has been found to play an important role in organism development,cell proliferation and tumor.In order to elucidate the role of RSPO3 in cancer,it is necessary to combine fundamental science with clinical research in the future,since there is still a lack of key breakthrough in the study ofRSPO3 related tumor molecular mechanism.
