500 kV瓷绝缘子串的分体式低/零值检测机器人优化设计与实测 被引量:8

摘要 为提升500kV输电线路瓷绝缘子串低/零值绝缘子的检测效率,设计了一种分体式绝缘子检测机器人。针对绝缘子机器人在高场强区域的电晕放电、电压分布测量值偏差等问题,根据实际500 kV线路直线塔建立了三维模型,对机器人在绝缘子串不同位置检测时的电场进行仿真研究;系统分析了不同结构、不同检测位置时机器人本体的最大电场值,并根据仿真结果对机器人结构进行优化设计;模拟500 kV线路杆塔布置进行了绝缘子串检测试验,并利用紫外成像仪观测了机器人本体的放电情况。试验结果表明,改进后的机器人可安全稳定地沿绝缘子串运行,没有出现放电现象,测量的绝缘子串的电压结果与实际电位分布基本一致,偏差在2%以内。该研究可为500 kV瓷绝缘子串的分体式低/零值检测提供参考。 In order to improve the detection efficiency for low/zero value insulators of 500 kV transmission line porcelain insulator strings,a split-type insulator detection robot was designed.The corona discharge of insulator robot in high field intensity area and the deviation of voltage distribution measurement value were discussed.Moreover,a three-dimensional model of 500 kV transmission line was built to simulate the electric field of the robot when it detected the insulator along the insulator strings.The maximum electric field of the robot body was analyzed systematically in different structures and different detection positions.According to the simulation results,the structure of the robot was optimized.The measurement test was carried out by simulating the actual 500 k V transmission line,and the discharge was observed by using ultraviolet imager.The experimental results show that the improved robot can operate safely and steadily along the insulator string.The measured voltage results are basically consistent with the actual potential distribution,and the deviation is less than 2%.The research in this paper can provide references for the split low/zero insulator detection of 500 k V porcelain insulator strings.
