摘要 配电变压器额定容量校核对配网的优化运行控制以及安全可靠运行都起着重要作用。针对Dyn11型配电变压器额定容量校核效率低、精度差等问题,提出了一种基于电压降相间-时间差分的Dyn11型配电变压器额定容量校核方法。首先利用相间差分法弱化配电变压器高压侧数据波动对校核造成的影响,其次结合时间差分法降低配电变压器运行环境所带来的扰动;然后利用基于密度的聚类算法(density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise,DBSCAN)以及异号剔除原则进行降噪处理,从而进一步提高额定容量校核的准确率;最后基于某省配网变压器开展了算例验证。研究结果表明:所提方法具有90%以上的准确度,能够对Dyn11型配电变压器的额定容量进行有效的在线校核。论文研究可为配电变压器容量校核提供参考。 The capacity checking of distribution transformers plays an important role in the optimization and operation control of distribution systems.Considering the problems of low efficiency and poor accuracy in checking the rated capacity of Dyn11 distribution transformers,we propose an on-line capacity checking method using the time and phase differences of voltage drop to check the rated capacity of Dyn11 transformers.Firstly,the phase-to-phase difference method is used to mitigate the influence of data fluctuation on the high voltage side on the capacity check of distribution transformers,then the time difference method is presented to reduce the disturbance caused by the operation environments of distribution transformers.Secondly,the density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise(DBSCAN)algorithm is introduced for noise reduction to further improve the accuracy of the rated capacity checking.Finally,a calculation example verification is carried out based on a certain provincial distribution network transformer.The results show that the proposed method can reach an accuracy of more than 90%,and the proposed method can effectively check the rated capacity of Dyn11 distribution transformers online.The research can provide a reference for the capacity check of distribution transformers.
