摘要
针对混合式高压直流断路器工况的特殊要求,该文设计了一种110 kV快速机械隔离开关的新型断口。该断口是以SF6气体作为绝缘介质,并采用平板对接式的触头结构。通过优化动静触头的位置,可以缩短动触头导电杆长度,减小运动部件质量,从而满足快速机械开关在快速分合闸上的要求。为了紧凑化设计复合套管,并减小隔离开关的大小,通过仿真电场分布情况来优化复合套管的内径参数。最后,为了使触头结构具有更好的绝缘能力,设计了一种双圆弧组合形状作为触头结构,并使用下降法对触头的结构参数进行优化。该研究成果为混合式直流断路器向高电压等级发展提供了技术支持。
According to the special requirements of the condition of hybrid HVDC circuit breaker,a new type of break in 110 k V ultra-fast disconnector was designed in this paper.SF6 gas was used as the insulating medium and a flat plate structure was adopted in the break.By optimizing the position of the moving and static contacts,the length of the conductive rod of the moving contacts could be shortened,and the mass of the moving parts could be reduced to meet the requirements of the fast opening and closing operation.In order to compactly design the insulated sleeve and reduce the size of the ultra-fast disconnector,the internal diameter parameter of the insulated sleeve was optimized by simulating the electric field distribution.Finally,in order to make the contact structure to possess better insulation capacity,a double-arc combined shape was designed as the contact structure,and the structural parameters of the contact were optimized by using the descent method.The research results provide technical support for the development of hybrid DC circuit breaker in high voltage level.
