咽鼓管功能状况与慢性中耳炎患者预后的相关性

Relationship Between Eustachian Tube Function and Prognosis of Patients with Chronic Otitis Media

目的:探讨咽鼓管阀功能段状态与慢性中耳炎患者预后的相关性。方法:选择佛山市第二人民医院2018年2月至2020年2月期间收治的48例慢性中耳炎患者,采用45°鼻内镜观察咽鼓管阀功能段开放状态,给予咽鼓管吹张治疗、抗组胺及稀释黏液药物治疗,调查患者的预后并进行比较。结果:在48例患者中,咽鼓管功能正常36例(正常组),男性19例,女性17例;不能开放12例(异常组),男性7例,女性5例。两组患者一般资料比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;正常组患者总有效率为100.00%高于异常组的66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性中耳炎患者可存在咽鼓管功能异常,咽鼓管功能正常者治疗总有效率较高,可获得较好的预后。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the function of eustachian tube valve and the prognosis of patients with chronic otitis media.Methods 48 patients with chronic otitis media admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Foshan from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected.The opening state of eustachian tube valve functional segment was observed by 45°nasal endoscope,the prognosis of the patients was investigated and compared Results In 48 patients,eustachian tube function was normal in 36 cases(normal group),male 19 cases,female 17 cases.12 cases(abnormal group),male 7 cases,female 5 cases.There was no significant difference in general data between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.The total effective rate of normal group was 100.00%,which was higher than 66.67%of abnormal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with chronic otitis media may have abnormal eustachian tube function,patients with normal eustachian tube function have higher total effective rate and better prognosis.
