摘要 婴儿期是肠道菌群形成和发展的关键时期,其肠道菌群主要来源于母体与其之间的菌群交换。剖宫产、早期接触抗生素和配方奶喂养可能会破坏微生物群的建立,并对健康产生不利影响。母乳寡糖(HMOs)是一类结构多样的非共轭聚糖,母乳中含量丰富,可调节婴儿肠道菌群组成,对婴儿肠道健康产生有益影响。为了解婴儿肠道菌群的定植特点及HMOs对肠道菌群的影响,现就此综述如下。 Infancy is a critical period for the formation and development of intestinal flora,the intestinal flora mainly comes from the exchange between matrix and infants.Cesarean section,early exposure to antibiotics and formula feeding may disrupt the establishment of microbiota and adversely affect health.Human milk oligosaccharides(HMOs)is a group of unconjugated polysaccharides with diverse structures.It is rich in breast milk,and can regulate the composition of infant intestinal flora and have a beneficial impact on infant′s intestinal health.In order to understand the characteristics of the infant gut bacteria colonize,and the effect of HMOs on the intestinal flora,this review is as follows in this regard.
