家庭追踪调查质量控制的策略与方法

Strategies and Methods for Quality Control of Family Follow-up Survey

随着学术界和社会对家庭问题关注度的提高,国内以家庭为单位的调查越来越多,其中家庭追踪调查更是越来越受到重视。在讨论国际家庭追踪调查演变过程的基础上,文章以美国收入动态追踪调查、德国社会经济追踪调查、英国家庭追踪调查、欧盟家庭追踪调查、南非收入动态调查等五项典型性调查为研究对象,分析了样本追踪原则、样本维护策略、访问技术手段和数据评估方法对调查质量的影响,并从"事前-事后"的视角提出了提高调查质量的策略与方法。

With the increasing attention paid to family issues by the academia and society,and in China,more and more surveys are conducted on the basis of family,among which family follow-up survey is paid more and more attention.On the basis of discussing the evolution of the International Family Follow-up Survey,This paper takes five typical surveys as the research objects,such as the Panel Study of Income Dynamics,the German Socioeconomic Panel,the British Household Panel Study,the European Community Household Panel Study and the South African Income Dynamics Survey to analyze the influence of sample tracking principle,sample maintenance strategy,access technique and data evaluation method on survey quality,and then puts forward strategies and methods to improve the quality of surveys from the"ante-after effect"perspective.
