对统计学书籍中有关问题的探讨

Discussion on Related Issues in Statistics Books

在阐述统计基本理论与方法的一些统计学书籍中,尚存在一些值得认真研究的问题。如相关关系以及相关系数的阐述自相矛盾,混用两类不同性质的方差,没有区别统计学中阐述的平均数与概率论、数理统计中阐述的数学期望,数据的测量尺度阐述和理解有误,缺乏普查与指标的阐述,统计方法的介绍缺失统计思想的阐述。文章对这些问题提出了改进方法。

In some statistics books on statistical fundamental theories and methods,there are some issues worth taking seriously.For instance,the explanations about correlation and correlation coefficient are contradictory,two different kinds of variances are mixed,there is no distinction between the mean in statistics and the mathematical expectation in probability theory and mathematical statistics,concepts about the measurement scale of data are misinterpreted and stated incorrectly,lack of elaborations about the census and the index,the relevant statistical thoughts are not specified when introducing statistical methods.In this paper,these problems are studied and improvements are proposed.
