摘要
文章基于关系数据与网络视角,利用1987—2018年省际数据,对中国区域创新的关联网络特征及其动态变化进行了实证考察。结果表明:中国区域创新普遍存在空间溢出效应,呈稳健多线程的网络结构形态;中国区域创新空间溢出具有明显的极化特征,东中部省份自身创新能力强劲,具有较高溢出比例,而西部省份创新则更多依赖于外来溢出;空间关联网络具有明显的"聚类"特征,聚类板块间的传导具有明显的梯度溢出特点,而同一聚类板块内部省份之间缺乏溢出;中国区域创新整体空间溢出总量的半衰减期为2~3年,空间溢出的高速传导集中在1~3年左右。
Based on relational data and network perspective,this paper empirically examines the correlation network characteristics and its dynamics of regional innovation in China by using the provincial data from 1987 to 2015.The result shows that,the regional innovation in China generally has the spatial spillover effect,which is in the form of robust multi-threaded network structure;China's regional innovation spatial spillover has obvious polarization characteristics,and the eastern and central provinces have strong innovation capacity with a higher proportion of spillover,while the western provinces rely more on external spillover;spatial correlation network has obvious characteristics of"clustering"and the conduction between the cluster plates has obvious gradient spillover characteristic,while the interprovincial spillover within the same cluster plate is lacking;the half-life period of total spillover in China*s regional innovation is between 2 and 3 years and the high-speed conduction of spatial spillover between 1 and 3 years.
