基于CiteSpace对中国高原高血压研究热点与演变的知识图谱分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的利用Citespace 5.5.r2软件对1982-2019年间中国高原高血压学术研究结果进行文献计量分析,了解中国高原高血压研究的热点与演变情况。方法在CNKI(中国知网)数据库中检索主题为"高原与高血压""高原与血压"或者关键词为"高原环境高血压"的期刊文献并导出转化为数据,利用Citespace 5.5.r2软件分析关键词、作者、研究机构等内容的同时绘制相应的知识图谱。结果在CNKI数据库中检索的文献结果显示,高原高血压文献以2007年为特征年份,2007年前后一般文献统计指标具有显著性差异。在Citespace中共检索到文献285篇,图谱中显示生成关键词节点57个、作者节点66个、机构节点17个。结论高原高血压学科融合研究不明显,总体以医学研究为主,随着地理科学不断渗透,研究趋向综合化一体化。作者、研究机构内部均没有显著的合作网络或网络联系分散情况,存在以军队为主要研究机构的显著特征。作者、机构之间网络合作关系分散。 Objective To use Citespace 5.5.r2 software to carry out bibliometric analysis on the academic research results of high altitude hypertension in China from 1982 to 2019,and to understand the hot spots and evolution of high altitude hypertension research in China.Methods The CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure)database was used to search the journals with the theme of"Plateau and Hypertension","Plateau and Blood Pressure"or the keyword"High Altitude Hypertension"and export them into data,using Citespace 5.5.r2 software for analysis Keywords,authors,research institutions and other contents simultaneously draw the corresponding knowledge graph.Results Retrieving the literature in the CNKI database showed that the high altitude hypertension literature used 2007 as the characteristic year,and the general literature statistical indicators around 2007 had significant differences.A total of 285 documents were retrieved in Citespace.The map shows 57 generated keyword nodes,66 author nodes,and 17 institutional nodes.Conclusion The integration research of high altitude hypertension is not obvious,and the medical research is the main one.With the continuous penetration of geographical science,the research tends to be integrated.The authors and research institutions have no significant cooperation networks or scattered network connections,and there are distinctive characteristics in which the military is the main research institution.The network cooperation between authors and institutions is scattered.
