Relationship between Exposure to Low Dose of x-ray and DNA Hypomethylation in Solid Tumors and Hematological Malignancies

X-rays are used in diagnostic and interventional radiology, and for treatment of certain benign and malignant diseases. Although these procedures utilize only low doses of radiation, the long term effects of exposure to these radiations are not known.
