CHF患者外周血微小RNA29、趋化素与心功能及左心重构的关系 被引量:1

Relationship between Peripheral Blood MicroRNA29,Chemokines and Cardiac Function and Left Ventricular Remodeling in Patients with CHF

摘要 [目的]探讨慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者外周血微小RNA29(miR-29a)、趋化素的水平与惑者心功能及心脏重塑性的相关性。[方法]选取2017年3月至2018年3月本院收治的120例CHF患者(观察组)的临床资料,选择同期于本院体检的60例健康志愿者(对照组)。比较两组研究对象外周血miR-29a、趋化素水平,检测CHF组患者的左室射血分数(LVEF)、心输出量(CO)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室后壁厚度(LVPW)、左室质量指数(LVMI)、左室重构指数(LVRI);分析外周血miR-29a、趋化素与心功能指标的相关性。[结果]观察组患者血清miR-29a、超化素水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级CHF患者血清miR-29a.趋化素水平均呈逐渐升高的趋势.组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级CHF患者LVEDD、LVPW、LVMI呈逐渐升高的趋势,组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级CHF患者的LVEF、CO、LVRI呈逐渐降低的趋势,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CHF患者血清miR-29a、趋化素水平与LVEF、LVRI均呈负相关性(P<0.05)。[结论]CHF患者miR-29a、趋化素的表达明显上升,同时miR-29a、趋化素的表达与CHF患者的心功能及心脏重塑性指标密切相关。 [Objective]To investigate the relationship between the levels of microRNA29(miR-29a)and che-mokines in peripheral blood of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)and their cardiac function and cardiac re-modeling.[Methods]Clinical data of 120 patients with CHF(observation group)treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected,and 60 healthy volunteers(control group)who underwent physical ex-amination in our hospital at the same time were selected.The levels of miR-29a and chemokines in peripheral blood were compared between the two groups.1.eft ventricular cjection fraction(LVEF),cardiac output(CO).left ven-tricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD).left ventricular posterior wall thickness(LVPW).left ventricular mass index(LVMI).and left ventricular remodeling index(LVRI)were deteeted in the CHF group.The correlation be-tween miR-29a.chemokines and cardiac function indexes was analyzed.[Results]The levels of serum miR-29a and chemokine in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum miR-29a and chemokine in patients with CHF of grade Ⅱ,grade Ⅲ and grade Ⅳ were gradually increased,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).LVEDD,LVPW and LVMI of patients with CHF of grade Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ showed a trend of gradual increase,and the differences bet ween groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);LVEF,CO and LVRI of patients with CHF of grade Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ showed a trend of gradual decrease,and the differences between groups were stalistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum miR-29n and chemokines were negatively correlated with LVEF and LVRI(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The expression of miR-29a and chemokines in CHF patients are significantly increased.At the same time,the expression of miR-29a and chemokines are closely related to cardiac function and cardiac remodeling in CHF patients.
