Discussion on the construction of credibility standard system of rail transit equipment

文章阐述了轨道交通装备可信性国家标准和行业管理要求的现状和存在的问题,剖析了国际标准和国军标体系的优点,结合我国轨道交通装备产业和产品特点,提出构建适应我国轨道交通装备发展要求的可信性标准体系总体框架建议,以及关于重要指南标准建设的10项建议。

This paper expounds the current situation and existing problems of national standards and industry management requirements of rail transit equipment credibility,analyzes the advantages of international standards and national military standard system.Combined with the characteristics of China’s rail transit equipment industry and products,this paper puts forward suggestions on the overall framework of the credibility standard system to meet the requirements of China’s rail transit equipment development,as well as 10 suggestions on the standard construction of important guidelines.
