摘要
针对现有地铁车辆不锈钢座椅骨架焊缝数量多、加工工序复杂、安装困难等问题,文章设计了一种骨架分离式不锈钢座椅,并对座椅的螺栓强度进行校核,借助有限元分析法对座椅的结构强度进行校核。分析结果表明:骨架分离式座椅椅面变形量比原有座椅减小63.3%,应力减小45.4%;新型座椅骨架应力比原有座椅减小33.3%。
In view of the problems such as too much welding lines on frame,complex processing operations and installation difficulties for stainless steel seat of metro vehicle,this paper designs a skeleton separated stainless steel seat.The bolt strength of seat is checked,and the seat structure strength is checked by finite element analysis method.The analysis results show that the deformation of skeleton separated seat surface reduces by 63.3% comparing with the original seat,and the stress reduces by 45.4%.The stress of new seat frame reduces by 33.3% comparing with the original seat.
