摘要
针对宁波无轨电车项目TSS11型受电器弹簧在应用过程中出现的断裂问题,文章对断裂的弹簧进行理论分析、断口分析、金相检验和仿真分析,并提出相应的改进方案。通过试验验证和运营考核,结果表明:弹簧的性能满足设计要求,弹簧与接头的配合公差不合理是导致断裂的主要原因;通过修改接头的公差,弹簧在运营过程中未再出现断裂。
Aiming at the spring fracture of TSS11 current collector for Ningbo trolleybus in the application process,the theory analysis,fracture analysis,metallographic examination and simulation analysis are took out for fractured spring.And the relevant improvement plan is put forward.By experiment and operation,the results show that the spring satisfies with the theory,and the fit tolerance between the spring and joint does not match well is the main reason for the fracture.By changing the tolerance of joints,the fracture of spring does not happen again in operation.
