摘要
文章对HXD1型机车牵引梁框架的结构和焊缝进行分析,从优化组焊工艺路线出发,确定自动焊焊缝清单和焊接顺序,并调试变位机角度和机器人形态,实现了HXD1型机车牵引梁框架的自动化焊接。通过制作工作试件并观察焊缝宏观金相,未发现焊接缺陷,说明焊接质量良好,该牵引梁框架自动焊工艺可行。
This paper analyzes the structure and welds of traction beam frame of HXD1 locomotive.Starting from optimizing the welding process route,the automatic welding seam list and welding sequence are determined,and the angle of positioner and robot shape are debugged,so that the automatic welding of traction beam frame of HXD1 locomotive is realized.By making the working samples and observing the macroscopic metallography of welds,no welding defects are found,which indicates that the welding quality is good and the automatic welding technology of traction beam frame is feasible.
