摘要
文章对EA4T车轴钢表面油漆激光清洗工艺进行研究,分析了清洗样品表面形貌、粗糙度和成分,总结了激光清洗参数对表面性能的影响规律。结果表明:通过优化激光清洗参数,可完全清洗EA4T车轴钢表面油漆,并且对基材不产生损伤。
This paper studies a laser cleaning process of EA4T axle steel surface paint.It analyzes the surface morphology,roughness and composition of cleaned samples,and summarizes the influence of laser cleaning parameters on surface properties.The results show that by optimizing the laser cleaning parameters,the surface paint of EA4T axle steel can be completely cleaned without damage to the substrate.
