目的:提出区域统一支付结算服务解决方案,缓解医院多方结算的压力,方便患者统一账户支付。方法:研究设计区域医疗一账通支付结算平台并在全市医疗机构范围内组织实施。结果:医疗一账通支付平台集成、融合了多种支付方式,医院接入医疗一账通后,不再需要多方开设账户、多头对账,由一账通平台一次对账、一次结算,大大减轻了医院财务系统的压力,同时也解决了患者资金的通用支付。结论:南京市医疗一账通可有效缓解医疗机构之间就诊介质不统一、院内预交金账户不互通、市民就医不方便等问题,有效提高医院的管理和服务效率。

Objective:Propose the regional unified payment and settlement service solution,which can relieve the pressure of multiparty settlement in hospitals,and facilitate the payment of patients’by unified accounts.Methods:Research and design regional medical finance account payment and settlement platform and organize the implementation within the scope of medical institutions in the city.Results:The medical finance account payment platform integrates a variety of payment methods.After the hospital connected to the medical finance account payment platform,it is no longer necessary to open multiple accounts and multiple reconciliations.The medical account payment platform can make reconciliation and settlement to be once,greatly reducing the pressure of the hospital’s financial system,and also solving the problem of universal payment of patient funds.Conclusion:Nanjing medical finance account platform can effectively alleviate the problems such as the inconsistency of medical treatment media among medical institutions,the unavailability of pre-payment accounts in hospitals,and the inconvenience of medical treatment for citizens.The platform can effectively improve the management and service efficiency of the hospital.
