摘要
目的:构建基于DRGs的绩效考核评价体系。方法:通过研究DRGs的背景、考核指标、分组规则等完成整个系统架构的设计和搭建。结果:构建完善的网络及系统架构,同时通过与院内核心业务系统的数据交互,初步实现了对医疗服务绩效评价系统的设计。结论:DRGs解决了病例评价标准化的问题,提高了评价结果的可靠性。
Objective:To construct a performance evaluation system based on DRGs.Methods:The whole architecture was designed and built by studying the background,assessment index and grouping rules of DRGs.Results:A perfect network and system architecture was constructed,and the design of performance evaluation system for medical services was preliminarily realized through data interaction with the core business system in the hospital.Conclusion:DRGs solves the problem of standardization of case evaluation and improves the reliability of evaluation results.
