松耦合式医联体的信息化研究与实践

国家卫生健康委正在加大力度推动优质资源下沉,工作重心下移,进一步合理调整医疗卫生资源,合理分流病人。探讨了通过基于松耦合方式的医联体信息化建设,推行区域医疗分级诊疗机制,对区域资源进行有效共享与利用,缓解大型医院的门诊压力,该方法具有很好的扩展性。

The National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China is making greater efforts to promote the sinking of high-quality resources and the downward shift of work focus,further reasonably adjust medical and health resources and reasonably distribute patients.This paper discusses about spreading the regional medical hierarchical diagnosis and treatment mechanism,effectively sharing and using regional resources,and relieving the outpatient pressure of large hospitals through the information construction of medical alliance based on the loose coupling mode.This method has good expansibility.
