3D打印矫形鞋垫治疗脑瘫儿童下肢不等长的设计研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析3D打印矫形鞋垫技术在脑性瘫痪儿童下肢不等长中的实际应用可行性。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年3月间在贵港市人民医院儿内科康复病区住院及门诊就诊的可步行脑性瘫痪合并下肢不等长患儿15例纳入研究。使用Gensole技术设计矫形鞋垫,Magics21.0软件调整并确定模型,3D打印矫形鞋垫后发放于患儿,佩戴成品,利用魁北克辅助科技使用者满意度评估量表(2.0版)收集患儿及其家属使用感受。将量表数据纳入SPSS 19.0行统计学分析,以4分为标准,综合评估该3D打印康复矫形鞋垫的实用性。结果:15例患儿及其家属对矫形鞋垫尺寸、重量、易调整性、安全性、耐用性、易用性、舒适性、有效性、周期、维护、专业服务及后续服务12个维度的评分均高于标准分4分,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:3D打印矫形鞋垫在受试患儿中的各维度得分较高,具有极佳的舒适性、耐用性、实用性及易用性,且依托3D打印技术,产品制作方便、快捷,虽在舒适性、后续服务中存在轻微瑕疵,但整体方案切实可行,存在应用推广价值。 Objective:To explore the practical application feasibility of 3 Dprinting orthopedic insole technology in unequal length of lower limbs of children with cerebral palsy.Methods:From January 2018 to March 2019,15 children with walking cerebral palsy complicated with lower limb unequal length who were hospitalized and outpatients in the Department of Pediatrics of Guigang People’s Hospital were included in the study.The orthopedic insole was designed by gensole technology,and the model was adjusted and determined by magics 21.0 software.The orthopedic insole was distributed to children after 3 Dprinting,and the finished products were worn.The feelings of children and their families were collected by Quebec auxiliary technology user satisfaction assessment scale(version 2.0).The scale data were included in SPSS 19.0 for statistical analysis,and the practicability of the 3 Dprinting rehabilitation orthopedic insole was comprehensively evaluated with"score 4".Results:The scores of the size,weight,adjustability,safety,durability,ease of use,comfort,effectiveness,cycle,maintenance,professional service and follow-up service of 15 children and their families were significantly higher than the standard"score 4",P<0.05.Conclusion:The 3 Dprinting orthopedic insole has high scores in all dimensions of children,with excellent comfort,durability,practicability and ease of use.Relying on 3 Dprinting technology,the product is easy to make and fast.Although there are slight defects in safety and follow-up service,the overall scheme is feasible and has application value.
