血清学指标联合多层螺旋CT在肺癌鉴别诊断中的准确性研究 被引量:6

Research on the Accuracy of Serological Indicators Combined with Multi-slice Spiral CT in the Differential Diagnosis of Lung Cancer

摘要 目的:探讨血清学指标联合多层螺旋CT在肺癌鉴别诊断中的准确性。方法:选取本院2018年1—11月期间内接收的96例肺癌患者作为试验组,另选取同期来本院进行健康体检的60例健康人员作为对照组。所有患者均采用化学发光法检测血清学各项指标水平,试验组行多层螺旋CT检查。对比两组的血清学各项指标水平,并分析试验组患者接受仅多层螺旋CT检查、血清学指标联合多层螺旋CT检查时,不同类型疾病的检出率及诊断准确度、灵敏度、特异度。结果:试验组患者CEA、CA125、CYFRA21-1水平较对照组均更高(P<0.05);血清学指标联合多层螺旋CT检查时腺癌、鳞癌检出率较仅多层螺旋CT检出率均更高(P<0.05);血清学指标联合多层螺旋CT检查准确度、灵敏度、特异度较仅多层螺旋CT检查更高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清学指标联合多层螺旋CT可提高肺癌检出率,并且能够准确区分疾病类型,为临床治疗提供可靠依据。 Objective:To investigate the accuracy of serological parameters combined with multi-slice spiral CT in the differential diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods:96 patients with lung cancer received in our hospital from January 2018 to November 2018 were selected as the experimental group,and 60 healthy persons who came to our hospital for health examination during the same period were selected as the control group.All patients were tested for serological indicators by chemiluminescence method,and the patients in the experimental group were tested for serological indicators and multi-slice spiral CT.The levels of serological indicators were compared between the two groups,and the detection rate of different types of diseases,diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity were analyzed when patients in the experimental group received only multi-slice spiral CT examination and serological indicators combined with multi-slice spiral CT examination.Results:The levels of CEA,CA125,CYFRA21-1 in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and detection rates of central lung cancer and peripheral lung cancer were higher when serological indexes were combined with multi-slice spiral CT examination(P<0.05).The accuracy of serological indexes combined with multi-slice spiral CT examination was higher.The sensitivity and specificity of MSCT were higher than those of MSCT alone,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serological markers combined with multi-slice spiral CT can improve the detection rate of lung cancer,and can accurately distinguish the types of diseases,providing reliable basis for clinical treatment.
