实时远程心电监护平台支撑心脏病患者提前预警的实践

Practice of Early Warning for Patients with Heart Disease Supported by the Real-time Remote ECG Monitoring Platform

目的:介绍实时远程心电监护平台的应用。方法:依托电信定向加密传输的VPDN物联网卡,将终端采集数据通过4G信号发送到基站,连通十二导联动态心电监护仪到院内心电监测中心与远程心电实时监护云平台,实时监测2018年1月19日至1月31日共13天294人的数据。结果:监测期间系统预警116次,其中危急值预警6次,实时处置24次,预警准确率100%,心电监测干扰率、失败率为0。结论:实时远程心电监护平台为医生针对心脏病病患的筛查和诊断提供了准确的数据。病患预警在预防心脏病患者猝死中发挥了重大作用,实现患者监护院内、院外实时互联互通一张网。

Objective:Introduce the application of real-time remote ECG(electrocardiogram)monitoring platform.Methods:Relying on the VPDN IoT card transmitted by telecom direction encryption,the terminal collects the data and sends it to the base station through the 4 G signal,and connects the 12-lead dynamic ECG monitor to the in-hospital ECG monitoring center and the remote ECG real-time monitoring clout platform,the data for 294 people in 13 days from January 19 th to 31 st in 2018 were monitored in real-time.Results:During the monitoring period,116 times of early warning were given,including 6 times of critical value warning and 24 times of real-time disposal.The accuracy rate of early warning was 100%,and the interference rate and failure rate of ECG monitoring were 0.Conclusion:Real-time remote ECG monitoring platform provides doctors with accurate data for screening and diagnosis for heart disease patients.Patient early warning plays an important role in the prevention of sudden death of patients with heart disease,and realizes the real-time interconnection between inside and outside hospital.
