数字化营养膳食模式对老年2型糖尿病住院患者营养状况、饮食自我效能的影响 被引量:10

Effects of the Digital Nutritional Diet Mode on Nutritional Status and Dietary Self-efficacy of Old Inpatients with Type 2 Diabetes

摘要 目的:探讨数字化营养膳食模式在老年2型糖尿病住院患者中的应用价值。方法:将2016年3月至2018年4月96例老年2型糖尿病住院患者以随机数字表法分为对照组48例,试验组48例,对照组接受常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用数字化营养膳食模式,对两组患者营养状况、饮食自我效能、糖代谢水平、饮食依从性进行观察。结果:两组干预前白蛋白、血红蛋白、前白蛋白等营养指标无明显差异(P>0.05),试验组患者干预后营养指标水平与同期对照组比较,明显较高(P<0.05);两组干预前健康饮食技能、饮食行为控制、体重控制等评分无明显差异(P>0.05),试验组干预后的上述评分与同期对照组比较,明显较高(P<0.05);两组干预前餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平无明显差异(P>0.05),试验组干预后上述指标水平与同期对照组比较,明显较低(P<0.05);试验组饮食依从率为95.8%,与对照组77.1%比较,明显较高(P<0.05)。结论:数字化营养膳食模式可改善老年2型糖尿病住院患者营养状态,提高饮食自我效能及依从性,有利于血糖控制,值得推广。 Objective:To explore the application value of digital nutritional dietary model in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:March 2016 to April 2018,96 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into the control group(n=48)and the experimental group(n=48),the control group received routine treatment,and the experimental group added digital nutritional dietary model on the basis of the control group,observed the nutritional status,dietary self-efficacy,sugar metabolism and dietary compliance of the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in the albumin,hemoglobin and prealbumin before intervention(P>0.05),after intervention,the level of nutritional indicators in the experimental group compared with the control group at same time,significantly higher(P<0.05);There were no significant differences in the scores of healthy diet skills,dietary behavior control,and weight control between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),after interventionthe,the scores of the experimental group compared with the control group at same time,significantly higher(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in 2 h postprandial blood sugar,fasting blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),after interventionthe,the level of the above indicators in the experimental group compared with the control group at same time,significantly lower(P<0.05);The dietary compliance rate of the experimental group was 95.8%,compared with the control group(77.1%),significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The digital nutritional dietary model can improve the nutritional status of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,improve dietary self-efficacy and compliance,and is conducive to blood sugar control,worth promoting.
