摘要
目的:探讨基于PDCA循环法的护理管理软件对儿科护士"危急值"处置效率的影响。方法:医院于2018年7-12月在儿科"危急值"管理中引入基于PDCA循环法的护理管理软件,将2018年1-6月实施常规护理管理的危急值处置效率作为对照,对比结果。结果:PDCA循环法护理管理措施下儿科护士的危急值知晓率、报告率、报告及时率、护理文书记录合格率和临床处理及时率均明显高于常规护理管理(P<0.05)。结论:在儿科护士中引入基于PDCA循环法的护理管理软件可提高"危急值"处置效率。
Objective:To explore the effect of PDCA-based nursing management software on the efficiency of Pediatric nurses in dealing with"critical value".Methods:From July to December 2018,the hospital introduced PDCA-based nursing management software into the"critical value"management of Pediatrics.The results of performance appraisal of pediatric nurses who carried out routine nursing management from January to June 2018,the efficiency of emergency value disposal were compared.The results were compared.Results:The awareness rate of critical value,reporting rate,timely reporting rate,qualified rate of nursing records and timely rate of clinical treatment of Pediatric nurses under PDCA nursing management measures were significantly higher than those of routine nursing management(P<0.05).Conclusion:The introduction of PDCA-based nursing management software in Pediatric nurses can improve the efficiency of"critical value"disposal.
