“互联网+”在体外受精-胚胎移植患者异地管理中的应用分析

Exploration of Internet+in Remote Management with In Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer Patients

目的:探讨"互联网+"在体外受精-胚胎移植(In Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer,IVF-ET)患者异地管理中的应用可行性。方法:通过"互联网+"将需要IVF-ET不孕患者从术前筛查、体检准备、异地IVF-ET诊疗转接、在线预约挂号、在线候诊、病情讨论、指导用药、术后随访等全流程优化,保证线上线下一体化诊疗。结果:"互联网+"在IVF-ET患者异地管理中的应用缩短患者术前准备时间,每周期医疗经费支出减少,而临床妊娠率稳定,无中、重度卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)发生,无治疗脱落。结论:"互联网+"医疗为有助孕需求的不孕患者提供安全、便捷的就医新模式。

Objective:To discuss the feasibility of internet+in remote management of In Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer(IVF-ET)patients.Methods:By internet+,the whole process have been optimised for preoperative screening,physical examination preparation,remote IVF-ET transferred,online appointment registration and waiting,illness discussion,guiding drugs,postoperative follow-up.These would be assured that integrated diagnosis and treatment online to offline.Results:It could shorten time of preoperative preparation and reduce medical expenditure weekly.The rate of clinical pregnancy was stable.There were no moderate or severe OHSS occurred and patient fell off.Conclusion:This is a new model of safe and convenient medical treatment for infertility patients needed help in pregnancy by internet+.
