Investigation on psychological stress of front-line nurses in COVID-19 prevention and control

目的研究新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)防控一线护理人员的心理健康状况,分析心理压力来源及影响因素,制定心理压力缓解措施,提高防控一线护理人员心理健康水平。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),对两家三甲医院COVID-19防控一线(发热门诊、急诊、儿科门急诊)的326名护理人员进行心理评估。结果防控一线护理人员的心理健康水平较普通人群低,其躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐惧、偏执、精神病性9项症状因子均分明显高于常模(P<0.05),至少有62%的一线防控护理人员感觉多种不适等心理症状,以躯体化、抑郁、强迫、焦虑和敌对最为突出。结论COVID-19一线防控护理人员的心理健康水平总体较常规人群低,其中躯体化症状、抑郁、强迫、焦虑和敌对情绪较为突出,其心理健康状况值得重视。

Objective To study the mental health status of front-line nurses in the prevention and control of COVID-19,analyze the sources and factors of psychological stress,develop psychological pressure relief measures,and improve the mental health of front-line nurses in prevention and control.Methods Using the self-assessment scale for symptoms(SCL-90),psychological evaluation was performed on 326 nurses in the f frontline COVID-19 prevention and control(fever diagnosis,emergency department,and pediatric outpatient department)of two tertiary hospitals.Results The mental health level of front-line caregivers was lower than that of the general population.The analysis results showed that the nine factors such as somatization,obsession,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,hostility,fear,paranoia,and psychosis were significantly higher than those(P<0.05),at least 62%of frontline prevention and control nurses felt various symptoms of discomfort,such as somatization,depression,obsession,anxiety,and hostility.Conclusion The mental health status of frontline prevention and control nurses with COVID-19 is generally lower than that of the general population.Somatization symptoms,depression,obsessive-compulsiveness,anxiety,and hostility are outstanding.Their mental health status deserves attention.
