对苯二甲酸二甲酯加氢制1,4-环己烷二甲醇催化剂研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 1,4-环己烷二甲醇(CHDM)是工业上生产聚酯重要的原料之一.以CHDM为原料合成的聚酯具有优良的性能,可广泛用于树脂、绝缘线等的生产,其制备的聚酯纤维密度相对轻、熔点高、电性能好,适用于制作电器设备.本文系统介绍了对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)加氢制CHDM过程中催化剂的研究进展.DMT加氢制CHDM工艺路线分为两步加氢和一步加氢.其中两步加氢中苯环加氢催化剂的研究主要集中在Pd、Ru、双金属和Ni基催化剂,酯加氢催化剂的研究主要集中在铜基催化剂;而一步加氢法的催化剂主要有钌-铂-锡催化剂. 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol(CHDM)is one of the important raw materials for producing polyester in industry.Polyester resin synthesized from CHDM has excellent characteristics and can be widely used in the production of films,resins for electronic products,and insulated wires.The linear polyester fibers prepared by it have a relatively low density,high melting point,and good electrical properties,and thus is suitable for manufacturing electrical equipment.The research progress of catalysts on hydrogenation of DMT to CHDM was introduced.The hydrogenation was divided into two-step and one-step processes.At present,Pd,Ru,bimetal and Ni are the most reported catalysts used for hydrogenation of DMT to DMCD,and copper-based catalysts are used for hydrogenization of DMCD to CHDM.The incorporation of Pt on supported Ru-Sn catalysts was used for one-step hydrogenation of DMT to CHDM.
