摘要 为了满足集团化发电企业火电机组设备远程诊断需求,研究开发了集团级火电机组远程诊断系统平台。基于集团大数据中心,从网络架构和应用架构两方面对远程诊断系统进行功能设计,利用先进的数字化建模及智能诊断技术,系统具备了关键参数监测、能耗指标分析、设备诊断及预警、对标管理等功能。目前,该系统已在某发电集团上线运行,实践表明,该系统提高了设备运行可靠性,提升了专家团队的工作效能,降低了集团进行技术监督的服务成本。诊断系统平台的开发应用,为提高集团化发电企业智能化、专业化技术服务水平提供了参考。 In order to meet the remote diagnosis requirements of thermal power plant equipment for group power generation enterprise,a group-level remote diagnostic system platform for thermal power units has been researched and developed.Based on the Group's big data center,the remote diagnostic system is functionally designed from two aspects of network architecture and application architecture.Using advanced digital modeling and intelligent diagnostic technology,the system has the functions of key parameter monitoring,energy consumption index analysis,equipment diagnosis and early warning,benchmarking management,etc.At present,the system has been running in a power generation group.Practice has shown that the system improves the reliability of equipment operation,enhances the work efficiency of the expert team,and reduces the group's service cost for technical supervision.The application of the diagnostic system platform provides a reference for improving the intelligent and professional technical service level of group power generation enterprises.
