摘要
通过偕胺肟化和水解两步改性反应,将偕胺肟基和羧酸基引到聚丙烯腈/聚偏氟乙烯(PAN/PVDF)共混膜上,制备了具有双离子吸附官能团的螯合膜。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、能量色散谱仪和扫描电子显微镜对螯合膜的形貌与结构进行表征,并考察了螯合膜对Cu2+的吸附性能。结果表明,螯合膜具有超强的离子吸附性能和快速的离子吸附速率,60 min即可达到吸附平衡,且离子去除速率高达95%。溶液的pH对螯合膜的离子吸附能力有显著的影响。螯合膜对Cu^2+的吸附遵循Lagergren伪二阶动力学模型。
The novel modified chelating membrane with enhanced ionic adsorption capacity was fabricated by introducing the amidoxime and carboxylic acid group into the polyacrylonitrile/polyvinylidene fluoride(PAN/PVDF)blending membrane via the amidoximation and hydrolysis reaction.The morphology and structure of chelating membrane was characterized by SEM,FT-IR and EDS techniques.The adsorption ability of chelating membrane to Cu2+was also investigated.The results showed that the chelating membrane exhibited excellent ionic adsorption capability with a relatively high removal rate(>95%)and fast adsorption rate to Cu2+.The adsorption equilibrium could be reached in 60 min.The pH of solution played an important role in the adsorption capacity of the chelating membrane to Cu2+.The adsorption process of the chelating membrane to Cu^2+fitted the Lagergren pseudo-second order kinetic model.
