贵州毕节国家储备林建设助推生态扶贫方案设计

Program Design of Ecological Poverty Alleviation Promoted by Construction of National Reserve Forest in Bijie of Guizhou Province

文章以贵州毕节市国家储备林建设项目为例,立足国家生态建设工程助推生态扶贫角度,从项目选址设计,增加贫困群众资产性收益、劳务性收益、发展特色经济林、森林旅游业等多元化产业等方面提出扶贫方案设计。分析项目建设如何增加贫困农户收入。为持续有效助推贫困农户脱贫致富,提出发展森林旅游产业,引进龙头企业,延长产业链条,运用“互联网+”模式盘活林农资源,加大对林农科技培训力度等对策、建议。

Based on the case of the national reserve forest construction project in Bijie City of Guizhou Province,and the perspective of national ecological construction project to boost ecological poverty alleviation,this paper put forward the poverty alleviation program from selecting project site,increasing asset income and labor income of the poor,developing diversified industries such as characteristic economic forest and forest tourism.In order to continuously and effectively boost the poor farmers to get rid of poverty,this paper proposed the development of forest tourism industry,the introduction of leading enterprises,the extension of industrial chain,the application of the“Internet+”mode to revitalize resources,and the increase of forest technology training.
