磷酸酯化淀粉胶粘剂对建筑物混凝土梁的加固作用研究 被引量:5

摘要 为提升建筑物混凝土梁的加固性能,研究了磷酸酯化淀粉胶粘剂对建筑物混凝土梁的加固作用。利用淀粉、氢氧化钠和白水泥等原料,制备磷酸酯化淀粉胶粘剂和腻子,并以淀粉质量分数和磷酸质量分数为例,分析不同因素对胶粘剂性能的影响。研究结果表明:淀粉质量分数持续增加,和磷酸间交联的程度也会增大,会降低胶粘剂和物体分子之间作用力,致使粘接强度不高;磷酸质量分数不断增加,淀粉胶粘剂粘接强度均不断下降。将该胶粘剂用于建筑材料测试中,胶粘剂基建筑腻子的各项指标检测结果均合格。标准状态下的粘接强度规定值应大于0.3 MPa,实测结果为0.43 MPa,表明胶粘剂对建筑材料的加固作用良好,且胶粘剂的环保可靠性较好。 In order to improve the reinforcement performance of building concrete beam,the reinforcement effect of phosphate starch adhesive on building concrete beam was studied.Phosphate starch adhesive and putty were prepared by using starch,sodium hydroxide and white cement as raw materials.The effects of different factors on the performance of adhesive were analyzed by taking the mass fraction of starch and phosphoric acid as examples.The research results showed that with the continuous increase of starch mass fraction,the degree of crosslinking with phosphoric acid also increased,which reduced the force between the adhesive and the object molecules,resulting in low bonding strength.With the increase of phosphoric acid mass fraction,the bonding strength of starch adhesive decreased continuously.When the adhesive was used in the test of building material,the test results of all indexes of adhesive-based building putty were qualified.The specified value of bonding strength under the standard state should be greater than 0.3 MPa,and the test result was 0.43 MPa,which indicated that the adhesive had good reinforcement effect on building material,and its environmental protection reliability was also good.
