摘要 简要介绍了三维图像识别成形技术,在此技术基础上开发了一套辊压机辊面的三维图像扫描设备,基于该设备形成了一套辊压机辊面三维图像扫描系统。通过该系统,对获取的辊压机辊面的三维图像以及相关数据进行分析研究,可得到辊面的运行状况、磨损程度等信息,实现对辊压机辊面的在线监测,避免辊面过度磨损,减少维护人员的工作量,提高粉磨设备的智能化水平。 This paper briefly introduced the recognition and forming technology of 3D image.Based on this technology,a set of scanning and generating equipment for 3D image of the roller surface had been developed.Based on this equipment,a set of 3D image scanning system of roller press is formed.The information such as the operating condition and wear of the roller surface could be obtained by analyzing the 3D image of the roller surface of the roller press acquired from the system.By this method,the online monitoring of the roller surface could be realized to avoid excessive wear of roller surface.Then the workload of maintenance could be reduced and the intelligence level of grinding equipment could also be improved.
