随着企业的不断发展,其运营速度不断加快。在企业的日常经营活动中,健康平稳有序的企业经营离不开科学规范的企业内部控制制度。完善的企业内部控制制度,不但可以有效控制企业经营成本、提高经济效益,还能增强企业抗风险能力和外部市场竞争力。企业内部控制制度的不断完善,离不开各级管理层的监督管理。文章基于对企业内部控制制度的研究,揭示了企业内部控制制度对企业运营的重要性,提出了提高内部控制观念,强化内部管理主体等对策。

With the continuous development of the enterprise, its operation speed is accelerating. In the daily business activities of the enterprise, internal control is the basis for promoting the smooth operation of the enterprise. A sound corporate internal control system can not only effectively control corporate operating costs and improve economic benefits, but also enhance corporate antirisk capabilities and external department of market competitiveness. The continuous improvement of the internal control system of an enterprise is inseparable from the supervision and management of all levels of management. This paper reveals the importance of the internal control system to the operation of enterprises, and puts forward some countermeasures, such as improving the concept of internal control and strengthening the internal management body.
