摘要
文章以新冠疫情作为背景,结合2020年2月8日国家发展改革委办公厅发布的《关于积极应对疫情创新做好招投标工作保障经济平稳运行的通知》,针对招投标行业特点和现行法律法规,分析传统招投标工作面临的问题,探讨招投标全流程电子化应对策略。
The article uses the COVID-19 as the background,combined with the"Notice on Actively Responding to the Epidemic,Innovative Bidding and Bidding Work to Ensure the Stable Economic Operation"issued by the General Office of the National Development and Reform Commission on February 8th,2020,focusing on the characteristics of the bidding industry and current laws and regulations,analyze the problems faced by traditional bidding and bidding,and discuss the electronic response strategies for the whole process of bidding.
