摘要 构建多厂所异地协同研制平台是调度优势资源、缩短复杂装备产品研制周期的前提。文章通过对装备制造集团成员单位网络结构和协同研制业务模式分析,阐述了在星型网络结构下,构建多厂所协同研制平台的关键技术和实现思路。立足于数据协同和流程协同两个方面,解决多厂所协同的核心问题,并结合信息化手段论述实现途径。但协同研制在实际业务中,范围较广,后续需进行更全面的分析和研究,最终构建符合我国装备制造业特点的多厂所协同研制平台。 The establishment of a multi-plant collaborative development platform in different places is a prerequisite for scheduling advantageous resources and shortening the development cycle of complex equipment products.Through the analysis of the network structure and collaborative development business model of equipment manufacturing group member units,this article expounds the key technologies and realization ideas for constructing a multi-plant collaborative development platform under the star network structure.Based on the two aspects of data collaboration and process collaboration,it solves the core problems of multi-factory collaboration,and discusses the realization methods in combination with information technology.However,the scope of collaborative research and development in actual business is relatively wide,and subsequent more comprehensive analysis and research are needed to finally build a multi-plant collaborative research platform in line with the characteristics of our country's equipment manufacturing industry.
