摘要
目的:分析慢性病老年人健康素养现状及其对中医药特色医养需求的影响,提出改善建议。方法:采用分层抽样法,随机抽取目标人群进行调查,回收有效问卷182份;分别使用SPSS22.0软件和AMOS21.0软件进行描述性分析、方差分析和结构方程模型分析,探究慢性病老年人健康素养现状及其对中医药特色医养需求的影响路径。结果:南京市慢性病老年人健康素养得分为92.07±15.96分,对中医药特色医养需求得分为51.33±18.15分,两者呈正相关,部分健康素养能力对老年人的中医药特色医养需求有显著影响。结论:通过提高老年人的健康信息获取能力、改善老年人利用中医药服务的意愿以及减轻老年人的支付压力等方式,不断提高老年人的健康素养及中医药特色医养需求。
Objective It analyzes the situation of the health literacy of elderly with chronic diseases and its influence on the TCM medical and nursing demand,and put forward suggestions for improvement.Methods The stratified sampling method was used to randomly select the target population for investigation,and 182 valid questionnaires were collected;SPSS22.0 software and AMOS21.0 software were used for descriptive analysis,variance analysis and structural equation model analysis to explore the situation of health literacy of elderly with chronic diseases and its influence path on the TCM medical and nursing demand.Results The health literacy score of the elderly with chronic diseases in Nanjing is 92.07±15.96 points,and the score of TCM medical and nursing demand is 51.33±18.15 points.The two are positively correlated.Some health literacy abilities have a significant impact on the elderly's TCM medical and nursing demand.Conclusion By improving the elderly's ability to obtain health information,improving their willingness to use TCM services,and reducing the elderly's payment pressure,the elderly can improve their health literacy and TCM medical and nursing demand.
