摘要
弹箭产品科研试制初期的装配顺序是先将各电连接器与对应的电气部件接插,接着进行电气部件装配,然后通过电连接器的导线焊接来实现弹上各电气接口的连接。此时各电连接器已与部件连接,因此需要装配前对各电连接器所用端号对应的导线标记其导线标识。而当前电连接器标记导线标识方式为操作者使用万用表来进行端号识别,该方式效率较低。针对这一问题,利用发光二极管原理设计出一种电连接器端号快速识别工具箱。通过不同类型电连接器进行了工具箱的有效性和通用性验证,并与传统人工方式进行了对比试验。结果表明,该工具箱相较于人工方式大幅提高了端号识别速度,同时降低了端号识别过程对操作人员水平的依赖度。
In the initial stage of scientific research and trial production of projectile and arrow products,the assembly sequence was to connect the electrical connectors with the corresponding electrical components,then assemble the electrical components,finally connect the electrical interfaces on the missile by welding the wires of the electrical connectors.At this time,each electrical connector has been connected to the components,so it was necessary to mark the wire identification corresponding to the pin number of each electrical connector before assembly.However,the current identification method of electrical connector marking wire was that the operator used a multi meter to identify the pin number,which was inefficient.In order to solve this problem,a quick identification toolbox of electrical connector pin number was designed based on the principle of LED.The validity and generality of the toolbox were verified by different types of electrical connectors,and the comparison tests with the traditional manual mode were carried out.The results showed that the tool box greatly improved the speed of pin recognition and reduced the dependence of pin recognition process on the level of operators.
