摘要
从腐蚀与服役环境的关系入手,介绍了腐蚀的定义及类型,着重阐述了磨损腐蚀和应力腐蚀断裂,提出火炮的腐蚀分析与防腐蚀能力评价。通过必要性分析,阐述了对在研火炮进行防腐蚀能力评价的目的。通过对防腐蚀试验的3种方法——现场试验、实验室试验和实物试验的对比分析,阐明了现场实物试验是在研火炮防腐蚀能力的根本试验方法。介绍了火炮在全寿命周期各个阶段的防腐蚀工程重点,并阐述了防腐蚀能力评价报告的形成。以实例分析的方式对某型车载榴弹炮环境适应性试验及评价进行了总结,最后,探讨了提高火炮防腐蚀能力的途径。
Started from the relationship between corrosion and service environment,the definition and types of corrosion were introduced,emphasized wear corrosion and stress corrosion fracture,the corrosion analysis and anti-corrosion ability evaluation of artillery were proposed.Through the necessity analysis,the purpose of evaluating the anti-corrosion capability of the artillery under study was expounded.Through the comparative analysis of the three methods of anti-corrosion test-field test,laboratory test,and physical test,the basic test method of the actual anti-corrosion ability of the artillery in the field physical test was clarified.The key points of the anti-corrosion engineering of the artillery at various stages of the life cycle were introduced,and the formation of the anti-corrosion evaluation report was described.The environmental adaptability test and evaluation of a certain vehicle-mounted howitzer were summarized by way of example analysis.Finally,it was discussed that the ways to improve the anti-corrosion ability of the artillery.
