摘要
非洲猪瘟(African swine fever,ASF)是一种由非洲猪瘟病毒(African swine fever virus,ASFV)感染引起的猪的高度接触性传染病。ASFV编码的蛋白超过200个,pp220、pp62、p10、p12、p14.5、p17、p22、p30、p49、p54、p72、CD2v、pE248R、pM1249L、pH240R和j5R是病毒的组装和形成的主要结构蛋白,其中CD2v、p12、p30和p54是ASFV的重要毒力蛋白;已知的非结构蛋白有DP71L、A238L、9GL、pE296R、Ep152R、L38L、DP9GR、A179L、pI215L和PE165R,这些蛋白是ASFV干扰宿主细胞正常代谢和免疫逃避的关键因素。对ASFV蛋白功能的深入了解有助于研究ASFV的致病机制及防控方法。
African swine fever(ASF)is a highly contagious,acute and severe infectious disease caused by African swine fever virus(ASFV)in pigs.ASFV encodes more than 200 proteins,structural proteins are pp220,pp62,p10,p12,p14.5,p17,p22,p30,p49,p54,p72,CD2v,pE248R,pM1249L,pH240R,and j5R,which are involved in the assembly and formation of ASFV.CD2v,p12,p30,p54 are important virulence proteins of ASFV.Non-structural proteins include DP71L,A238L,9GL,pE296R,Ep152R,L38L,DP9GR,A179L,pI215L and PE165R,which play important roles in interfering with the normal metabolism of host cells and generating immune escape.An in-depth understanding of the functions of ASFV proteins will provide important research ideas for the pathogenesis and prevention and control of ASFV.
