摘要
超高效液相色谱-四级杆飞行时间质谱(ultra performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time of flight-mass spectrometer,UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)技术是将超高效液相色谱的分离性能与飞行时间质谱对化合物结构的辨别功能进行结合,对复杂成分进行准确的分离以及结构鉴定。在当今出现的众多的药物残留检测方法中,因飞行时间质谱的快速、高效、强筛查性,其越来越多的应用于实际检测中。论文介绍了当今食品药物残留情况,阐述了UPLC-Q-TOF-MS的基本原理和优势,并对该技术在动物性食品、水产品及农产品药物残留中的应用范围及研究现状进行综述,旨在为应用者提供参考依据,促进UPLC-Q-TOF-MS的应用推广和技术发展。
Ultra high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS),combined the separation performance of ultra-high performance liquid chromatography with the identification function of time of flight mass spectrometry on the structure of compounds,can accurately separate and identify complex components.Among the many drug residue detection methods,time-of-flight mass spectrometry is more and more used in practical detection because of its fast,efficient and strong screening.In this paper,the present situation of drug residues in food is briefly introduced,and the basic principle and advantages of ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry were described.The application scope and research status of this technology in detection of animal food,aquatic products and agricultural product drug residues were summarized,in order to provide reference for the application of ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole of time of flight mass spectrometry.
