青海省湖羊临床乳房炎病原菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验

Isolation,Identification and Drug Sensitivity Test of Pathogenic Bacteria from Huyang Sheep with Clinical Msatitis in Qinghai Province

为了解青海省湖羊临床乳房炎病原菌的种类及其耐药性,采集了6份青海湖羊的临床乳房炎乳样,通过细菌分离、革兰染色、16S rDNA序列分析、特异性PCR扩增等方法对乳样中的病原菌进行分离鉴定,并对分离的病原菌进行了15种常用药物药敏片的敏感性试验。结果显示,引起湖羊临床乳房炎的主要病原菌为金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、链球菌、蜡样芽胞杆菌。分离的金黄色葡萄球菌和链球菌对头孢唑林、头孢氨苄、庆大霉素、多西环素、红霉素等均敏感,对青霉素、阿莫西林、链霉素等耐药。分离的大肠埃希菌对庆大霉素、新霉素、多西环素等药物敏感,对青霉素、氨苄西林、阿莫西林等常用药物表现出耐药性。上述结果表明,引起青海省湖羊临床乳房炎病原菌的种类与我国其他地方山羊乳房炎病原菌很相似。

In order to understand the composition of pathogenic bacteria and their drug resistance,6 milk samples were collected from Qinghai Huyang sheep suffering from clinical mastitis.The pathogens in the milk samples were isolated and identified by bacterial isolation,Gram staining,16S rDNA sequence analysis and specific PCR amplification,and the drug sensitivity test was carried out on the isolated bacteria.The results showed that the main pathogens causing clinical mastitis in Huyang sheep were Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Streptococcus,and Bacillus cereus.Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus are sensitive to cefazolin,cephalexin,gentamicin,doxycycline,erythromycin,etc.,and are resistant to penicillin,amoxicillin and streptomycin.Escherichia coli are sensitive to gentamicin,neomycin and doxycycline,and resistant to penicillin,ampicillin,and amoxicillin,etc.The above results indicated that the species of clinical mastitis pathogenic bacteria in Qinghai Huyang sheep are similar to those of goat mastitis.
