水资源承载力框架下的水温变异现状及生态效应研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着电厂冷却水排放和水库低温水的生态影响加剧,环境水体热容量逐渐成为水资源承载力研究的新领域。在水资源承载力的研究框架下,分析了引起我国水温变异的主要成因,识别了我国水温变异生态效应的高风险区,阐述了水温变异对水质与水生物的影响,总结了应对水温变异的调控措施,剖析了我国水温变异评价与监管的现状,力求从环境水体热容量角度对水资源承载力现状提出新的认知,为环境水体温度管理和调控提供科学依据与支撑。 Heat-carrying capacity of water environment has gradually become a new field of water resources research with the increasing ecological impacts of cooling water from power plant and low-temperature water from reservoirs.Under the research framework of water resources carrying capacity,this paper analyzed the main causes of water temperature variation in our country,identified the high-risk areas of ecological effects due to water temperature variation,expounded the impacts of water temperature variation on water quality and aquatic organisms,summarized the measures to tackle water temperature variations,and analyzed the current situation of evaluation and governance associated with water temperature variation,in order to provide a novel understanding of the current water resources carrying capacity from the perspective of environmental heat capacity,as well as the scientific basis and support for the management and regulation of environmental water temperature.
