综合评价了宁夏水资源开发利用情况,分析了宁夏水资源可利用量、取用水结构及其20年间的发展变化趋势,提出了在最严格水资源管理制度和高质量发展约束条件下宁夏全口径水资源调度工作的建议,为水资源调度管理工作提供参考。

This paper evaluated the condition of water resources using of Ningxia,analyzed the available quantity,water using structure and development trend during 20 years of Ningxia,put forward suggestions for the full caliber water resources dispatching work under the constraints of the most stringent water resources management system,which could provide a reference for the water resources dispatching management work.
