推进生猪屠宰业转型升级的思考与建议

Thoughts and suggestions on promoting the transformation and upgrade of the pig slaughtering industry

随着社会经济的不断发展,我国的生猪屠宰产业也得到了快速发展。但就目前来看,我国生猪屠宰业目前仍然存在一些问题,生猪屠宰企业“多、小、散、乱、差”的局面长期存在,制约着生猪屠宰业的转型升级。我国规模化生猪屠宰厂的屠宰能力提升空间大、分布广泛,具备转型升级的基本条件。为了解决制约生猪屠宰产业转型升级的症结、推动屠宰业发展、促进畜产品经济发展,文章提出了关于推进地方制定与现行生猪屠宰监管体制相适应的地方性法规规章、优化生猪屠宰产能布局规划、优先支持新建大型屠宰厂、深入整顿清理小型生猪屠宰场点、充分发挥市场经济的调配作用等思考与建议。

At present,there are still some problems in the pig slaughter industry in China.The situation of pig slaughter enterprises is fragmenting,chaotic and bad,which restricts the transformation and upgrading of the pig slaughter industry.China's large-scale pig slaughtering plants have a large space for improvement in slaughter capacity and are widely distributed.They have the basic conditions for transformation and upgrading.In order to solve the problems that restrict the transformation and upgrading of the pig slaughtering industry,and promote the development of the slaughtering industry and even the economic development of livestock products,this article puts forward some thoughts and suggestions,such as promoting the formulation of local regulations and regulations to be compatible with the current pig slaughter supervision system,optimizing the layout of pig slaughter capacity,giving priority to supporting new large-scale slaughter plants,thoroughly reorganizing small pig slaughter sites,and giving full play to the role of market economy.
