摘要
采用差压变送器测量稳压器水位,在偏离额定工况时,介质密度的变化会产生较大的测量误差。本文通过对稳压器水位的测量原理进行分析,建立了密度补偿法测量液位的模型,提出基于I/A系统逻辑组态的实现方法。在功率运行及正常中间停堆工况下进行数据验证,此密度补偿方法具有测量精度高、应用简便和补偿范围大等特点,实现了正常中间停堆工况的稳压器水位精确测量。在其他工况变化的液位测量系统中密度补偿法具有实用价值和推广意义,如高压加热器液位,采用密度补偿将有效提高测量精度。
Differential pressure transmitter is used to measure the level of PZR.When there is deviation from operation condition,the vibration of medium density will produce large measurement error.This paper analyzes the principle of PZR's level measurement,and establishes the model of measuring liquid level by density compensation.The implementation method based on I/Asystem logic configuration is proposed.By means of analysis and verification under power operational condition and normal intermediate shutdown state,this method has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy,simple in application and large compensation range.Accurate measurement of PZR level under normal intermediate shutdown condition is realized.There is prefer-able practicability andextended significance to popularize in liquid level measurement system with variable condition,such as high pressure heater level,density compensation can improve the measurement accuracy effectively.
