俄供汽轮机附加保安油压力低原因分析与处理

摘要 田湾核电2号机组在运行过程中发现汽轮机保护系统附加保安油压偏低,需要进行处理。本文简要概述了汽轮机保护系统工作原理及附加保安油的作用,介绍了附加保安油压低对汽轮机发电机组的危害。利用故障树的分析方法,从可能导致附加保安油压低的原因进行分析,同时根据分析内容制定相应的检查处理措施。结果表明,附加保安油压低是多种因素共同作用的结果,采取相应的处理措施后,取得了良好的效果。 During the operation of Unit 2 of Tianwan nuclear power plant,it found out that the additional protection oil pressure of the steam turbine protection system was lower than it should be and needed to be dealt with.This paper briefly summarizes the working principle of the steam turbine protection system and the function of additional protection oil,and also introduces the damage it could cause to the turbine generator if the additional protection oil pressure is too low.In this paper,the fault tree analysis method is used to analyze the reasons that may cause low additional protection oil pressure.At the same time,according to the analysis of the content,corresponding inspection and treatment measures shall be formulated.The results show that the low additional protection oil pressure is the result of many factors.The effect was all right after taking reasonable disposal measures.
