The Opportunities and Challenges of Public Acceptance of Nuclear Energy under the New Situation

随着下一个五年计划即将到来,核能发展面临着新的形势,核能公众接受性也面临着新的机遇和挑战。本文在回顾我国核能政策的变革后,分析了新形势下三个重要的问题,包括:核燃料循环和放射性废物处理对公众接受性的影响,人工智能和大数据的应用对公众接受性的影响以及核能公众接受性的社会实验。

With the approaching of the next“Five-Year Plan”,the development of nuclear energy is facing a new situation,and the public acceptance of nuclear energy is also facing new opportunities and challenges.After reviewing the changes of China's nuclear energy policy,three important issues under the new situation are analyzed,including:the impact of the nuclear fuel cycle and radioactive waste disposal on public acceptance,the impact of application of artificial intelligence and big data on public acceptance,and the social experiment of public acceptance of nuclear energy.
