Think about the Promotion of Customs Radiation Detection and Supervision in New Age by the Guidance of“Five Customs”Construction

当前新海关正处于机构改革后深度融合和全面推进新海关建设的关键时期,口岸监管领域辐射探测工作面临新的形势和挑战,尽管口岸核辐射检测监管体系日臻完善,但口岸辐射探测监管仍存在重点管控的四个方面风险,探索以"五关"建设为引领,深入推进新海关辐射探测监管,深入贯彻总体国家安全观,切实维护国门安全。

The new customs is currently in a critical period of deep integration and comprehensive promotion of the construction of the new customs after the institutional reform.The radiation detection work in the field of port supervision is facing new situations and challenges.Although the port nuclear radiation detection and supervision system is improving day by day,there are still four risks in key management and control in port radiation detection supervision.This paper is to explore to take the construction of the“five customs”as the guide,deepen the supervision of radiation detection in the new customs,thoroughly implement the overall national security concept,and effectively maintain national security.
