摘要
本文根据2020年以来盐城南洋机场COVID-19疫情防控实践,分三个阶段阐述盐城海关构建输入输出防控闭环体系的主要措施及路径演进,包括特色做法、典型案例实例、航站楼检疫优化图、存在问题与建议等,最后对闭环体系改进与优化提出"12个从严"策略。
According to the covid-19 entry-exit preventing practices and experiences since 2020 at yancheng airport,the article tells the main measures and evolution paths about the covid-19 Closed-loop systems in three stages,including the characteristics practices,classic cases and examples,terminal quarantine drawing,and problems or proposals. At last,it raises the optimization and improvement advice about the Closed-loop system.
